The Shadow will not live in a house. He will go wherever the TARDIS takes him, he will get into trouble, he will do what he thinks is morally right.

So in other words,

He's the nice guy.

So. I say we make the Shadow regenerate then base the aftermath off of the Doctor Who episode "Castrovalva." (plus I just really like Castrovalva)
