I jumped up and rushed out of the TARDIS. I stopped and looked at Emily. "Hallo. I'm Ace. I'm from Perivale. Oh, and this is Romana. We travel with the Shadow."

"Yes, Emily. Why don't you come with us. I'm starving. Perhaps, Orac... I mean, Aaron could come with us?" I looked at Aaron. "Who knows, we might even find your mother there! Come along. Quickly! 1, 2, 3, 4, right out the door!" I turned and looked at Victor. "Wait, it is OK if I take them out, right? Oh, who am I kidding of course it is. Let's get somethin' to eat. Maybe we could also clear up some topics."

Emily smiled as she looked up. "Yes, let's go get something to eat. Where would you like to go?" Emily opened the coat closet of her house, grabbing a sweater to protect against the chill outside and then stepping next to Aaron. "Perhaps this little sushi restaurant that's just down the road?"

"Sushi? I love sushi. Let's go." We walked down the street to the sushi place. Meanwhile there, I asked Romana, "So, you and Ace having chess troubles again? Well, go settle that later." I turned to Emily. "Emily, I'd like you to meet Romana and Ace, they could be your friends."

Emily smiled a bit shyly at the two girls, about her age, who trailed after Shadow. She didn't really like people but if she had to hang out with them might as well make it a bit less awkward. "Uh.. hullo," she said to Ace, quietly.
