Emily watched wide eyed from the couch, as Shadow and her boyfriend, Aaron, got into some random fight and then as Shadow revealed Aaron to be a timelord.
"Last time I saw you you were telling me I suck as a timelord and then you stole my pendament I recieved from my mother!¨
"No, I didn't! And, I have, um, seen your mother. She tried to kill Victor and me, also Emily."
At this, Emily got up from the couch where she had remained unnoticed, and said, "Wait. So you mean to tell me that your mother is that crazy lady who just came in, held a gun to my head, and stopped my heart?"

Aaron was almost speechless ¨I didn't even know I had a mother until 3 minutes ago. I will find her. I'm so sorry Emily.¨ He opens up his arms wanting to hug Emily but was unsure he was allowed

Emily looked up at Aaron with her sad, chocolate brown eyes. "It's okay. It's... it's not your fault. I'm just a bit shocked. Today has been full of revelations."
She looked at Aaron and smiled, a bit sadly. She was still taking in everything that happened.
