History:Victor is a timelord who has been alive for many years-- nearly 3,200. As Gallifrey collapsed, he stole a TARDIS and ran away. He tried to distance himself from the timelords of the past as much as possible, creating a human identity(therefore the name) and forgetting as much of his past as he could. Nobody knows his true name except for himself. He is currently married with children, settled down, leaving the memories of Gallifrey behind, and is on his 5th regeneration. He has a sort of PTSD from the guilt of leaving rather than helping Gallifrey to the end, and has told his wife that it is from a human war, not letting her know his true identity. Victor keeps his TARDIS, although it is hidden and starting to rust from disuse.
