Christopher got to his dorm on campus that night and snapped open his laptop. (I don't really know how to reply so here goes) He pulled up the crime report he was looking at right now. The projected criminal had similar specifications to those Christopher could vaguely remember and the murder was similar. A family on a regular outing when bang! Everyone gets killed. Occasionally, there was one survivor, like Christopher himself had been, but it was rare. The strangest thing was that this report dated back to 1923. The murderer should have been dead by now. He rubbed his head. It was a mind-boggling obsession. After some more searching, he pulled up facebook and sent a message to Seth. Hey, Seth. What'd you get on your exam?

Seth was in his house. He was forced to move after he changed. He left Alex a note. He loved her but if Victor was willing to kill him there was nothing to stop him from killing her. He wouldn't let her live a life in fear. He didn't want that for her. He then moved and decided to lead a normal life again. He went to college only to find Shadow as one of his professors. Seth rubbed his eyes as he got on facebook. He had a message from Christopher. Hey, Seth. What'd you get on your exam? He wrote back. 99. What about you?

Christopher heard the sound of a Facebook notification coming through. 99. What about you? Christopher bagan typing back. 95. I didn't study at all, whoops. After he sent that, he thought for a moment, and started typing- Prof. Shaw seems to really like you. I mean you always come in late and I'm not sure if I've ever seen you turn in an assignment (no offense, I do the same thing half the time) and you gett a 99 on your exam, still!

Seth looked at the message He's an old family friend and I took that class last year. That's probably the only reason I make good grades. Seth hated lying. Especially to someone who he considers a good friend but he doesn't trust letting anyone get that close after what happened with Alex.

He's an old family friend and I took that class last year. That's probably the only reason I make good grades. Chrisropher nodded silently before realizing that Seth couldn't see him. He began typing, his long fingers flying across the keys. That makes sense. So what are you going to do over the break? Christopher liked to hear about other people's plans, even if he had none. He would most likely sit in his dormitory through the entire winter break, reading and researching murders.

That makes sense. So what are you going to do over the break? Seth never goes any where. He's managed to stay under the radar by not using his TARDIS. He was too scared he'd run into Victor. I don't have any plans really. I was planning on staying behind and researching something. Seth had also started his own detective agency. When there where crimes no one could figure out, he would investigate it and send in tips anonymously.

I don't have any plans really. I was planning on staying behind and researching something. So, it sounded like Seth didn't really have many plans, either. Christopher was curious as to what Seth was researching. Sounds pretty cool... I'm pretty much doing the same. What kind of research?

That makes sense. So what are you going to do over the break? Seth was nervous. He had to stay hidden, but Christopher seemed trust worthy. No. He couldn't, not yet anyways. It's just some historical stuff I'm into. Mysteries, phenomenons, that kind of thing.

It's just some historical stuff I'm into. Mysteries, phenomenons, that kind of thing. …Mysteries, huh? Christopher pulled up a few of the files he had been looking at most recently. Well, if you're into mysteries, I've got one you might find interesting. He attached the files to his next message. I found out about this one murder a while ago. It dates back to 1973. It wasn't ever connected to another murder, but if you read all of the files, you'll see that all of these murders have a similar style, and that the face of the criminal witnesses recalled is always similar. But the thing is these murders date back to early 20th century, and the most recent happened only six years ago... yet the murderer barely ages, and doesn't die. Isn't it odd? Christopher finally sent the message, exhilarated. He had never told anyone about these cases but now he could see what Seth thought of the odd phenomenon. However, he didn't mention that he, Christopher Holland, had been a victim of the more recent case, and had made sure not to include that case file. He didn't care much for his orphan-Ness(also totally a word sorry) to be generally known.

Seth was intrigued. He loved hearing about this stuff. I found out about this one murder a while ago. It dates back to 1973. He had to figure this out. He got up and ran out of his house. He ran back to campus and to Christopher's dorm He banged on the door.
