Insanity Pt. 1

"SHADDUP" Victor screamed at the Shadow before pulling out a giant machine gun and shooting everyone with a smile on his face. He then got in his TARDIS and became completely insane and then looking at his scanner he saw all the blood and gore in the world and he shouted "YESH EVERYONESH DED!!!"

{Okay! Time for an ACTUAL response!}
"Victor? Are you sure you know where to go?"
Victor nodded silently, not turning to face the Shadow. He was unsure of why he of all time lords had been elected representative.
As he sat at the large rectangular table, at one of the ends, he began to hear...
was that...
drums?
He listened for a while, politely, unsure of where the sound was coming from. But as the meeting began and continued, the drums grew louder. Now they were mixed with the sound of daleks, of Ace's disjointed laughter.
They didn't stop.
He discreetly covered his ears but it didn't help. Screams now echoed within his head along with the drums, voices, laughter.

The Shadow's voice now joined the insanity-causing sound.

The others.. they pretended not to hear it. But it was loud and clear, it was there. But here they sat, talking, some laughing.
"Be quiet!"
Victor shouted. The hall silenced but the sounds continued.
"Can't you hear it?" He whispered. "Can you not hear the drums?"
{Yeah sorry awkward but BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE DERP}

"Uh, Victor? You sure you OK?"
Victor laughed at the Shadow. "Me? Okay? Yes, I'm wonderful."
"Victor... Sarkli... Ace... They're here!"
Victor rolled his eyes. "I thought I had killed Sarkli..." he murmured under his breath. "No matter, though," he said, a bit louder, pulling out a sonic blaster which he had found somewhere. He once again aimed a shot at Sarkli's heart. He could see a spot of blood and a swab of white on Ace's shoulder where he had earlier incapacitated her. He let out a shot at her other arm this time.
"Shadow, why do you have to pick psycopaths as your companions?" Victor asked, shaking his head. "It's not good for your health, you know."

"HEY I DIDN'T FRICKIN KNOW!!!"
Victor laughed coldly. "First, Ace, then, me. Is there anyone else I don't know about?" Victor casually fingered the trigger on his sonic blaster. He wouldn't shoot the Shadow again. That would simply lessen the time he had to suffer through time and space. But...
Now there was an idea.
He tried to grab at Shadow's collar and pull him to the TARDIS. Flicking a few switches, he focused in on a certain point in time.
"Come on, Shadow. We're going on a killing spree."
He combed back his hair with the barrel of the blaster in a slightly threatening way, praying that Shadow wouldn't know it was a bluff. He turned so that he was facing a screen, making sure the TARDIS would go where he wanted.
"First stop- Aaron."
