The Rani appears grabs Victor's daughter and whipped out a gun. Victor looked up shocked¨Pardon me gents, but I seem to be in a tad bit of trouble.¨

"The Rani! Stay back and let go of her! Ace, get in here! Romana, we may need you, too!" Ace and Romana bounded in, Ace still holding her ATR. "Watch the Rani. She might hurt that poor girl."

As Victor was lost in thought, reliving the memories from his TARDIS, he didn't notice that the Rani had snuck in.
¨Pardon me gents, but I seem to be in a tad bit of trouble.¨
Victor whipped around to see the Rani holding his daughter, a gun to her head. "Emily!" he shouted, as he rushed towards the Rani. Her gripped tightened on the gun, and so Victor fell back, afraid that he would cause her to shoot his daughter. He looked frantically around for anything that would help him get the Rani off of his daughter.

The Rani smiled ¨Oh quit your search for something to beat me with , I go down this sweet girl goes down with me, and we don't want that now do we? Now how I see it I can strike a deal with you or this girl can have an unfortunate event occur. Don't worry I won't kill her, but remember there are much worse things than death.¨

The Rani staggers back but regains quickly ¨You know, I was hoping we could do this the easy way but I guess not.¨ The rani yanks out a small object from her pocket and threw it on the floor. A net of electromagnetic currents wrapped around the rani and Victor's daughter. The rani lets go of Victor's. The daughter runs forward and Victor calls out for her to stop but it's too late. She runs into the electromagnetic force field and crumpls to the floor. ¨Now her heart has stopped, I can restart it so long as you give me what I want.¨

"You retched Rani! You almost kill an innocent little girl because of one tiny action by me? Well let's see what the High Council thinks of this!" I grabbed the Rani's gun, turned it to kill, and shot myself. I fell, regenerated, and got back up. "Well. Let's get down to business. Did I check the coolant in sector 13? The whole refit of the TARDIS and all. Well, that all seems quite clear... Just three small points. Where am I? Who am I? And who are you?" I pointed at the Rani. "The Rani! Stay back! Ugh." I fell of a small stair. "You are just trying me, aren't you?" I walked over to a small table. "Maybe I can find the answer on this..." The Rani said, "You won't." I replied, "Ah, you're deflecting me. So, the answer is on here! One, up, down, 56. Strange Matter. That asteroid, is made, of strange matter! You're going to destroy the Earth!"

"Why? Does your TARDIS not work anymore? Why? If that asteroid hits the Earth not only yhe planet will be destroyed, but possibly the entire universe! Why, you've never had that happen in your life before, have you? Well, I'm going to stop that." I moved Earth a bit farther in it's orbit. "There. Good as new. Now what do you want?"

The rani snickers ¨You think your neat parlor trick saved this planet? Come on doctor you're not a complete moron now are you? The asteroid isn't directed for earth, it's directed for a small planet tucked away undetected right under this planet. Sadly said planet has a force field that protects it from such interactions but if this planet blows up the one below it goes with it. Don't concern yourself with why I want to see this planet burn just know that you would want it to burn as much as I do. Now this girl won't survive another 5 minutes so i suggest we strike a deal. My TARDIS works perfectly fine but i expect you would have figured out my plan and stopped it with your nifty screwdriver and your ragtag little girlfriend over there. I want this TARDIS and yours doctor and this girl can live or she can die here and I promise she is in an unbearable amount of pain.¨
